I loved the location of this hotel where I can stay away from the bustling city. The valley was really peaceful, and having a waterfall so close to my room was a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the driver and receptionist who assisted me with transportation. The hotel facilities were clean, and they offered a complimentary transport to the airport for those who stayed more than a day.
Everything is what I need and want.

We had the most incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. Located in a quiet valley, this place is a hidden gem with a beautiful waterfall that is just a few meters away from our rooms. The sight and sound of the rushing water was absolutely mesmerizing, creating a truly peaceful and serene atmosphere.

Spending Christmas at this resort was a great experience. The location was perfect and offered stunning views of the valley and a beautiful waterfall. We were able to enjoy fresh, delicious meals and lock up our tandem bicycle with ease. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and we even received transportation to the airport for our longer stay. a great place to spend a relaxing holiday.
The lack of variety in the food and facilities. We found it difficult to find different meal options and there were limited facilities on the premises.

Location was great, very close to a beautiful waterfall. It was also nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. the staff were helpful and friendly. They offered a free transport to the airport staying more than one night.
The hotel did not have a shuttle service to the city centre, which was quite inconvenient. the food options were limited and repetitive.
